" Mr. Rogers famously said, when times are tough, look for the helpers. Well here are two of the helpers to tell us how they are using their sewing talents to aid the coronavirus relief effort. Joining us from Cleveland, Ohio are Jan and Connor Brostek..."
I am in love with this product. It has softened my skin dramatically. I haven't had a problem applying this under my make-up. A little goes a long way- I always let it sit a few minutes before actually applying my makeup and it goes on flawlessly. I use this twice a day. I highly recommend this, the quality is fantastic and it ships quickly!
“We love to help anyone who’s going through a crisis,” said Connor Brostek, whose family owns Pins & Needles. “We have an army of sew-ers who can do this.”
One Northeast Ohio company is trying to help out by posting a tutorial video on how to sew face masks. The coronavirus outbreak is causing some hospitals to run short on supplies. One of the most frequently sold out items have been medical masks. Pins and Needles is a Northeast Ohio company that is showing everyone how to make those masks.
What started as an effort to help one hospital started a global movement. The shop worked with medical professionals to come up with a design for medically approved masks and shared an instructional video, which got hundreds of thousands of views.
