Janome’s AcuFeed™ Flex System uses a dual-feed mechanism that synchronizes upper and lower feed dogs for precise fabric control. This ensures perfect seam alignment and eliminates puckering when sewing through thick layers like foam, denim, or batting. The system maintains consistent stitch quality at any speed, even on challenging materials.

Features of the AcuFeed Flex System

  • Upper Feed Teeth moves forward and then gently moves the fabric back with the Lower Feed Teeth
  • Upper Feed Teeth REPLICATES Lower Feed Teeth for maximum contact with fabric and better fabric movement, eliminating gathering, puckering and pulling
  • Twin Dual Feed Holder Upper Feed Dogs reach in front of the needle to assist in feeding from the fabric when sewing from the edge of the fabric
  • Interchangeable Sole allows for a variety of specialty feet and applications

One-Step Needle Plate Conversion

Changing out the needle plate could not be easier on the Skyline S6AE. Simply remove the extension table, raise the needle and presser foot, push down the needle plate release lever, swap the needle plate out for the new one, lock it into place, and you are ready to sew.

Extra-Wide Extension Table: INCLUDED 

These machines allows you to sew larger projects with ease. This machine features an 8.3" by 4.7" sewing area and now includes an extra wide extension table that almost doubles your sewing space. This acrylic table has printed rulers and leveling feet for a smooth quilting experience.
