All shipping costs to and from the dealer or designated service point are the purchaser’s responsibility. The warranty must be registered via the Bernina Customer Portal within 30 days of purchase, or countersigned by an authorized Bernina dealer within 90 days — otherwise coverage is void. Original proof of purchase required for all service.
