BERNINA Serger Studio Cabinet
The BERNINA Serger Studio Cabinet by Horn is a premium, custom-engineered workstation crafted specifically to support all BERNINA L 8 Series Overlocker/Sergers (including the L 850, L 860, and L 890). Designed to optimize the overlocking experience, this specialized cabinet features a quiet electric lift for free-arm access, an open-front cabinet architecture for effortless looper threading, and specialized slide-out thread cone storage shelves. Complete with a drop-down back-drop leaf for large fabric management, smooth rounded corner profiles, and two storage drawers, the BERNINA Serger Studio combines Swiss-inspired functionality with Horn of America craftsmanship. Available in White or Grey finishes, with electric lift standard.

Looper Threading & Open-Front Access
Features an open-front design that allows the sewist to swing open the L 8 Series looper cover doors without moving the machine, guaranteeing quick air-threading and looper maintenance.

Expansive Surface & Back-Drop Leaf
Equipped with a drop-down back-drop leaf with disappearing hinges that extends the workspace depth from 19.25" closed to a full 40" open depth, supporting heavy overlocking projects, garments, and drapery without fabric pull.
Storage
Thread Cone Shelving & Drawers
Built with a dedicated faux-drawer front opening to reveal 2 slide-out thread storage shelves with pegs for large serger thread cones. Includes 2 smooth storage drawers (8.375" W × 12.875" D × 4.75" H) plus side accessory trays for presser feet and seam guides.
Lift
Quiet Motorized Elevator
Smoothly lowers and raises L 8 Series sergers into flatbed, free-arm, or concealed storage positions at the push of a button. Lowering the lift permits easy retraction of the thread antenna masts and knee lifter for clean, low-profile storage when not in use.
