The machine even has an automatic needle threader, so you can thread any of the six needles in seconds, all with the touch of a button. You can even thread needles without a design on the screen for added efficiency. Each needle offers customizable settings for speed, color lock, and the disengagement of the automatic needle threader, which is useful when using a thin needle! At the same time, thread tension range expansion creates a wide range of tension settings, making it easier to embroider on difficult fabrics with correct tension without distorting or puckering the fabric.

WLAN Connectivity
When connected to your wireless network, you can send designs from your PC to the PR680W with Design Database Transfer and get alerts when it's time to change thread or when your project is complete with the My Stitch Monitor App. With wireless LAN connectivity and PE-DESIGN 11 software (sold separately), you can link as many as ten machines without a cable. You can also get machine updates automatically. If you choose not to use the wireless option, the PR680W has three USB ports. One for high-speed design transfers, a second port for machine peripherals, and a third port for computer connectivity.

Managing your embroidery designs has never been easier! Download Design Database Transfer, a FREE data management tool, to easily view embroidery designs in your library and transfer designs wirelessly to your PR680W with a WiFi connection. This software allows you to easily move .pes, .phc, .phx, and .dst files to your machine while also organizing your design library. You can create new folders, transfer/copy files to new locations, change file names, or delete files you no longer need. Quickly search for an embroidery design by title, format, stitch count, size, etc. Review embroidery design info such as size, estimated sewing time, and number of colors.

My Stitch Monitor App
Monitor the progress of your embroidery projects, thread alerts, and more with the My Stitch Monitor app. Be alerted right from your mobile device when it's time to change the thread or when your project is complete. In addition, you can check information on all the thread colors used for embroidering. You can also receive notifications on your mobile device when the machine stops. The My Stitch App works with both Apple and Android devices.
