The Brother Stellaire 2 Innov-ís XE2 Sewing & Embroidery Machine comes with an embroidery couching foot, enabling users to create stunning 3-D effects with their embroidery projects. This specialized foot allows for the attachment of yarns and cords to fabric, adding texture and dimension that traditional embroidery alone cannot achieve.
AUTOMATIC BASTING
Before embroidering, basting stitches can be embroidered along the outline of the pattern. Basting is useful for embroidering fabric that cannot have stabilizer material affixed with an iron or adhesive. Stitching stabilizer material to the fabric can minimize shrinkage of the stitching or misaligned patterns. Finish combining and editing the pattern before selecting the basting setting. If the pattern is edited after selecting the basting setting, the design may become misaligned, and the basting under the pattern may be difficult to remove after the embroidering is complete.
DESIGN DATABASE TRANSFER
Managing your embroidery designs has never been easier! Download Design Database Transfer, a FREE data management tool, to easily view embroidery designs in your library and transfer designs wirelessly to your Stellaire 2 with a WiFi connection.
This software allows you to easily move .pes, .phc, .phx, and .dst files to your machine while also organizing your design library. You can create new folders, transfer/copy files to new locations, change file names, or delete files you no longer need. Quickly search for an embroidery design by title, format, stitch count, size, etc. Review embroidery design info such as size, estimated sewing time, and number of colors.
ARTSPIRA APP
The Artspira App connects with any Brother wireless-enabled embroidery machine. You can easily edit, design, and create on the go, then transfer your ideas to your machines when connected to a wireless network. Artspira is available for free, or you can choose the premium version, Artspira+. The standard version gets you access to 500 embroidery designs and limited access to monthly projects. Artspira+ is a subscription with 7000 embroidery designs and unlimited access to project archives. The app works on phones or tablets with Android and iOS operating systems.
ECHO & STIPPLING STITCHES

Make changes such as resizing, rotation, and placement to your embroidery design directly on the built-in screen. Changes will update live on the screen, making it super easy to make tweaks. NO SEW SEWING
The no-sew setting (which specifies that a thread color will not be embroidered) can be applied to a part of the pattern with a specific color. When a pattern with the no-sew setting is saved, the deselected region setting is also saved. However, the pattern cannot be saved if no sew is applied to all thread colors.
