The 25-year mechanical warranty applies to internal mechanical components under normal domestic use; machines used commercially carry substantially reduced coverage. Not covered: routine maintenance and servicing, corrosion, accidental damage, electrical damage from household wiring faults or power surges, repairs by unauthorized third parties, and consumables such as needles, bobbins, loopers, and presser feet. Keep your original sales receipt — proof of purchase establishes your coverage start date.
