Elna sewing machines are built to last and backed by one of the longest mechanical warranties in the category — 25 years on internal mechanical parts, with full parts and labor covered in your first year.
- First Year — Full parts and labor covered, no charge
- Mechanical Parts — 25-year warranty; free replacement parts against defects in materials and workmanship, domestic use
- Electrical Components — 5-year warranty; computerized circuit boards, wiring, and motors (labor included the first year)
- Exclusions — Normal wear, misuse, commercial use, power surges, and unauthorized repairs are not covered
Elna’s warranty is structured in tiers. Your first year is the most comprehensive — full parts and labor at no charge. After that, Elna continues to cover replacement parts, but labor and shipping costs fall to the customer. The 25-year mechanical warranty applies to internal mechanical components under normal domestic use; machines used commercially carry substantially reduced coverage. Not covered: routine maintenance and servicing, corrosion, accidental damage, electrical damage from household wiring faults or power surges, repairs by unauthorized third parties, and consumables such as needles, bobbins, loopers, and presser feet. Keep your original sales receipt — proof of purchase establishes your coverage start date.
