Horn of America Warranty Coverage
Horn of America furniture is built for the long haul, and the Model 40 Caddie is backed by a Factory Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturer’s defects in every component — for as long as you own your caddie.
- Limited Lifetime — covers the original owner for the life of the caddie, residential use only.
- All Components — protection against manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship throughout.
- Replacement Parts — defective components replaced free of charge. Horn pays return freight to you.
- Exclusions — normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse, and commercial, classroom, or institutional use.
Horn’s Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship across all components of your caddie. It applies to the original owner and to residential use only — caddies placed in commercial, classroom, or institutional settings are not covered. Damage resulting from improper use or abuse of the caddie, and normal wear and tear from everyday use, fall outside the warranty. To make a claim, return the defective component to your Horn dealer along with a copy of your warranty and proof of purchase. Horn of America will make the replacement component available free of charge within a reasonable period. You’re responsible for freight charges to send the defective component in, plus any applicable labor; Horn covers all freight charges to deliver the replacement to you.
