The Koala Compact Sewing Cabinet brings big functionality into a remarkably small footprint, built for sewists without a dedicated craft room who still want a serious, ergonomic workstation. It parks neatly as a sleek, unassuming cabinet, then folds out to a full sewing station with an integrated left-side leaf extension. Smart for apartments, shared spaces, or as a secondary table for an extra machine, it lets you tuck away your supplies, roll the unit aside, and return your room back to normal. Available in a single classic White finish.
A touch-release hydraulic lift platform cycles smoothly through three heights — storage, flatbed, and free-arm — supporting machines up to approximately 35 lbs for effortless height adjustments.
An integrated left-side leaf adds vital horizontal workspace for piecing backings, aligning garment lines, and guiding heavy layers, securely supporting up to 55 lbs before folding flush against the side panel.
Specialized, removable notion trays and accessory storage boxes keep bobbins, scissors, markers, and thread separated and within reach — lift them clear entirely to bring to an external workspace.
Optional. A custom acrylic insert tailored to your machine's make and model seals the gap around the 18-7/8" x 11-1/4" lift opening, creating one unified flatbed surface that reduces eye fatigue and shoulder strain.
