PFAFF's warranty is structured in tiers. The first 90 days are the most comprehensive — all parts and labor at no charge. After that, PFAFF covers replacement parts but labor and shipping costs fall to the customer. The 10-year casting warranty covers the sewing head only and does not extend to mechanical or electrical parts.
