PFAFF quilting machines are precision-built and backed by a tiered warranty that gives you the strongest coverage in the first 90 days and solid parts protection for five years beyond that.

- Mechanical Parts — 5-year warranty; free replacement parts, customer pays labor and shipping
- Electronic & Electrical Components — 5-year warranty; free replacement parts, customer pays labor and shipping
- Sewing Head Casting — 10-year limited warranty against casting or machining imperfections
PFAFF's warranty is structured in tiers. The first 90 days are the most comprehensive — full parts and labor at no charge. After that, PFAFF covers replacement parts but labor and shipping costs fall to the customer. The 10-year casting warranty covers the sewing head only and does not extend to mechanical or electrical parts. Important: the 5-year electronics warranty is void if the machine is left plugged in when not in use.
