Universal Needles

We stand by the quality of our machines. Every sewing machine comes with a limited warranty, covering:

1 year for parts and labor due to manufacturing defects

2–5 years (depending on the model) on the motor and electronic components

25 years on the machine's metal frame (for select models)

What’s not covered:

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
